HARMONICS MUSIC. Crosby Rd Waterloo. It's on the main road right by the top of St Johns Road oposit Tesco's.
It sells guitars, amps, books, strings, plecs etc and is a really nice well layed out shop.

Please support it or it will be another music shop gone to the dogs because of the internet.
The internet may be cheaper, but you can't play the guitars, or hear he amps or interact with other musicians. I remember working at Talking Music from 79 - 83, I met so many wonderful people because of it, so don't make the mistake of locking yourself away for the sake of a few quid!!

Hope to see you all very soon.

Had a fantastic night supporting "Sinnerboy" at Southport Football Club. Did my bit and got a standing ovation, and then when the band played " Messing with the kid", the guitarist Barry called me to the stage and slung his guitar onto me, and I continued with a long self indulgent guitar solo!!

--------------------------------------------------------

Finally got the Pro-Tools HD2 system and it's now fully functional! Sounds fantastic, I can't wait to get to work on the new album of original songs, watch this space!!

--------------------------------------------------------

The last two gigs at Stamps 2 have been really good, and I will be back there this Thursday with the wonderful
"Acoustic Jam Night". So if you fancy a chilled relaxing night, then please come along.

4th November

The boys from Strider sneak out to town for a secret curry and drink in town!

Wednesday on Radio Merseyside with X factor finalist Laura White, and Billy Butler.

Had a great time today, went to the Philharmonic Hall to see my old mate Dave Benson Phillips, it was great to catch up as we haven't seen each other for quite a while. We worked together at the BBC, in fact I was his Musical Director a long time ago and we had a great time working on some TV shows together.

--------------------------------------------------------

And of course if you fancy a great night out on a Thursday, I'll be at Stamps Too, in Waterloo. with the lads for an Acoustic jam session,

Hope to see you all soon.

Hey if anyone wants a laugh check this out: Bitsa.

It was was my appearance in the broom cupboard with Toby Anstis in 1994 playing the Bitsa theme tune live. The only trouble was, somebody turned the headphones off just as it started so we couldn't hear a thing, but as it was live TV in front of 3million viewers, we had to just carry on as if nothing happened so it was way out of sync!!

--------------------------------------------------------

Keep Rocking, the Strider way of course.

Acoustic jam night at: -

Stamps Too, Waterloo. Thursdays.

Guest musicians very welcome. A great night for all, so come along and join in the fun.
